UFG is the body responsible for maintaining the MediaLab UFG, with regard to body researcher, equipment and its maintenance, staff and cleanliness and safety.

Additionally the MediaLab UFG may seek together the private sector the viability of scientific and artistic projects, based on agreements and sponsorships.
